Mediation Consultation Intake Form

If you are interested in mediating your divorce, you should schedule a consultation with one of our expert attorneys to discuss how you can use mediation to save time and money when resolving your divorce. Both spouses must attend this initial mediation consultation. During the initial consultation, you will be advised as to the likelihood of successfully mediating your divorce as well as the expected cost of doing so.
