Mel Gibson To Pay $60,000, Battle Not Over Yet

Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva met in court on Nov. 10 to discuss child custody arrangements over 1 year-old Lucia.

Gibson gained one extra day in visitation when Lucia turned one on Oct. 30. Gibson now has three days plus one overnight visit with his daughter per week. Grigorieva wanted to reduce the amount of visitation, previously agreed upon during their mediation in May, because she feels Gibson is dangerous for her daughter, according to TMZ.

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt Admit to Divorce Sham

Heidi Montag appeared sad in front of cameras when she filed for divorce from her The Hills costar and husband Spencer Pratt on July 30.

Montag and Pratt eloped in Mexico in August 2008 before officially getting married in the United States in April 2009.

Montag cited irreconcilable differences on the divorce papers when she filed. The pair were back together by the end of September, with Montag filing a motion for dismissal of the divorce on Sept. 29.

Charlie Sheen Files for Third Divorce

Actor Charlie Sheen has officially filed for his third divorce on Nov. 1, months after separating from wife Brooke Mueller Sheen, as reported by People Magazine.

Sheen cited irreconcilable differences in the divorce papers, and stated the couple has been separated since the date of their publicized argument. Sheen pled guilty in August to a misdemeanor third-degree assault after the Christmas Day spat. Prosecutors dropped more serious charges and jail time, and Sheen served 30 days in a rehabilitation center, 30 days of probation and 36 hours of anger management. Mueller Sheen told police the actor threatened to kill her and brandished a knife after she told him she wanted a divorce.

Billy Ray Cyrus Files for Divorce

Country singer Billy Ray Cyrus will feel the pain of an “achy breaky heart” as he prepares to divorce his wife Trish. Billy Ray filed for divorce Oct. 26, after 17 years of marriage according to US Weekly.

The couple has five children together: Miley, 17, Braison, 16, Noah 10 as well as Trish’s two children from a previous relationship, Trace and Brandi, whom Billy Ray adopted. According to the papers, the couple will share custody as well as an equitable division of their assets.

Another Real Housewife files for divorce in Orange County

Vicki Gunvalson of Real Housewives of Orange County, Bravo’s first housewife hit, has filed for a divorce from her husband Donn, according to the Oct. 19 online issue of People Magazine. Ms. Gunvalson, a successful insurance agent in Orange County, California, tells People, “It’s just time.” In 2009, they renewed their vows on the show. Ben Harper files for Divorce from Laura Dern

Ben Harper and Laura Dern, who had been together about 10 years, have recently parted ways.

Singer-songwriter Harper filed for divorce from his actress wife on October 8, citing “irreconcilable differences,” according to the celebrity news source TMZ.
