David Glass, Counsel to the Firm
Although David J. Glass is one of the firm’s most recent additions, becoming an attorney of counsel to the firm in 2011, he has been practicing family law for more than 15 years. A uniquely qualified family law litigator and mediator, he also has a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology.
Unique Set of Skills
Mr. Glass is one of only a handful of attorney/psychologists who concentrates on the area of child custody litigation. Prior to his law career, Glass worked as a therapist, so his experience in both psychology and family law gives him a special insight to the workings and dynamics of adults and children involved in family law issues.
Mr. Glass’s distinguished blend of legal and psychological skills has also gained him a reputation for being able to handle “difficult” and “highly emotional” cases.
This distinctive background provides Dishon & Block clients with something very few attorneys can offer: an inside look at and understanding of the procedures employed by court-appointed mental health and psychological professionals performing child custody evaluations. Mr. Glass’s distinguished blend of legal and psychological skills has also gained him a reputation for being able to handle “difficult” and “highly emotional” cases.
