Chandra Moss, Associate Attorney

Chandra L. Moss joined Dishon & Block as an Associate Attorney in 2009. She has solely practiced family law for the last nine years focusing on matters that include divorce, domestic violence, paternity, child custody, support and adoption. Ms. Moss is a Certified Family Law Specialist as designated by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.

Family Law Experience

Prior to joining Dishon & Block, Ms. Moss was a Senior Family Law Associate with Violet P. Woodhouse, APC in Newport Beach and was a private practitioner in the Inland Empire, focusing on family law, civil litigation and criminal defense. Ms. Moss brings over 17 years of litigation experience specifically in the areas of criminal defense, family and civil law.

Ms. Moss’ primary objective is to achieve results for her clients through negotiation and settlement. She wants to what is right for her clients and their needs, with as little disruption and stress as possible. However, if a just settlement cannot be reached, she is not afraid to litigate, aggressively representing her clients in the courtroom.

Ms. Moss has been a regular speaker at private industry and government seminars, and has appeared on FOX News regarding family law issues. She also volunteers with the Orange County Domestic Violence Legal Clinic. Ms. Moss is a member of profession and legal associations, including:

Education

Ms. Moss received her bachelor’s degree in Communications from Brigham Young University before graduating from Southwestern University School of Law. While at Southwestern, Ms. Moss was honored with several scholarships for her accomplishments, including the Exceptional Achievement Award in Litigation and was appointed to the Southwestern Law Review.
